I do not know if this will help, but try resetting the choke to give more petrol.

I do not know if this will help, But have you fitted the wrong master cylinder? If this is a combined
Brake/clutch cylinder this might be the problem as there are different lengths of rods.
Can explain in German 05753-1366.
